Ice Cream - Filling Machines
Used to fill ice cream into tubs (pots). The ice cream is pumped out of the continuous freezer and directly into the filling machine at normally around -7°C. The filling machine works on a timing device which opens and closes a valve, hence controlling the amount of ice cream dispensed in to the tub. They are available in both rotary and in-line formats. Common makes of ice cream filler are Hoyer Comet, Pancolini, Big Drum, Grafton, Techno Ice, APV, WCB, Technogel, Gram, Catta 27, Gelmark. |
