Who's behind Machinery World?
Paul has spent the entirety of his profession career in the dairy equipment industry and established Machinery World 1999 after recognising a gap in the market for high quality and value for money second-hand equipment.
PA to Directors
Claudia provides support with all daily business activities, including monitoring and overseeing projects, liaising with Italian suppliers and dealing with all correspondence in English, German and Italian.
Having joined Machinery World in 2011, Jonathon is responsible for international sales and the building and maintaining of relationships with clients. Jonathon also manages all aspects of booking transport.
Oscar joined Machinery World in 2008 and is responsible for locating, valuating and purchasing dairy machinery around Europe, including co-ordinating the dismantling and collection of equipment as well as transport.
Finance and Administration Officer
Rebecca has been with Machinery World since 2005 and is currently responsible for all bookkeeping activities as well as liaising with customers and suppliers regarding accounts.
As a qualified and experienced electrical, mechanical and refrigeration engineer, Russell is responsible for commissioning, servicing and repairing machinery for clients throughout the UK and Europe.
As a qualified and experienced electronic, fabricator and mechanical engineer, Chris’s responsibilities are commissioning, servicing and repairing machinery for clients throughout the UK and Europe.
Tom joined Machinery World as a warehouseman back in June 2016, before progressing into the role of Process Coordinator in December 2017. His role varies from organising service and breakdowns visits, organisation of jobs through the workshop and being the first point of call for customers and colleagues to try and get issues sorted quickly and efficiently as possible.
