This is a very sparingly used Cryovac ProAseptic Pro A2 Aseptic Form Fill & Seal Machine, Year of Manufacture 2015 and with 2,752 running hours only and was previously used for filling Infant/Children’s Nutritional Drink

Cryovac®️ ProAseptic ®️ Pro-A2 is an Aseptic- Horizontal Packaging Line Form-Fill & Seal (SFF & S) for filling high and low viscosity products. It is capable of producing up to 6,000 upright sachets per hour with a production configuration per pair of bags and bag sizes ranging from 70 to 330 ml in Stand Up Pouch format. This equipment is also capable of producing pouches with accessories meeting the specifications of drinkable or easy-to-pour products. In addition, the Stand Up Pouches can be completely emptied by the consumer, which is an added consumer advantage. The Pro-A2 includes the production of Pouches or Sachets (with automatic connection device of film) and process skids that decontaminate packaging materials and machine. The automatic film tuning device is integrated to facilitate film roll changes and avoid machine downtime. The machine uses a heat-sealable co-extruded packaging film.
