Using the touch screen (on the electronic version EL) on the electronic panel, it is possible to start and control the following phases and relative operating parameters:
– hourly production capacity
– input mix temperature
– ice cream output temperature
– ice cream stiffness
– overrun
– pressure inside the barrel
– compressor parameters control
– speed, air, hot gas adjustment
– ice cream recipe storage; all these functions can be automatically called-up when necessary.
Using electrical panel (on the electromechanical version EM), it is possible to start and control the following phases and relative operating parameters:
– digital ammeter to indicate the stiffness of ice cream – digital indicator of hourly production of ice cream
– digital indicator of the ice cream overrun
– inverter production speed adjustment
– pressure gauge to indicate the ice cream pressure inside the freezer barrel
– automatic/manual hot gas adjustment system (optional)
– mix supply centrifugal pump
