Equipped with a horizontally arranged positive displacement pump featuring three pistons, the Tetra Alex 400 is specifically designed for the high-pressure homogenisation of emulsions and suspensions. It is ideal for processing products such as pasteurised milk, UHT milk, dairy cream, yogurt, condensed milk, ice cream mix, fruit juices, concentrates, and similar applications.
