Claudia is responsible for sourcing and buying second-hand machinery in Europe. Being multilingual she provides support with overseas activities, including monitoring and overseeing projects and liaising with Italian suppliers.
Having joined Machinery World in 2011, Jonathon is responsible for international sales and the building and maintaining of relationships with clients. Jonathon also manages all aspects of booking transport.
Tim’s background is in FMCG and has worked in the dairy industry for the last 10 years. A chartered engineer and project manager, Tim is responsible for the UK dairy industry business, both buying machinery and advising customers on new machinery capex projects.
With over 15 yrs experience in worldwide sales of quality used process machinery, Arun is responsible for developing sales of new & used machines to the general food & dairy, drinks & beverage, cosmetic & pharma, chemical, brewery sectors.
Rebecca has been with Machinery World since 2005 and is currently responsible for all bookkeeping activities as well as liaising with customers and suppliers regarding accounts.
Monika has been working in logistics since 2015 and joined Machinery World in 2021. Monika will always find the best way to deliver machines to customers in Europe or Worldwide.
Gilbert originally joined Machinery World in 2007 as a warehouse coordinator and now manages spares sales under DairyBits which supply customers with quality spares for dairy machines and ice cream equipment at highly competitive prices around the world.
As a qualified and experienced electrical, mechanical and refrigeration engineer, Russell is responsible for commissioning, servicing and repairing machinery for clients here in the UK and worldwide.
As Machinery World’s workshop engineer, Martin has been in charge of manufacturing components, part fabrication, welding and servicing and reconditioning machines and plants since he joined in 2011.
As a qualified and experienced electronic, fabricator and mechanical engineer, Chris’s responsibilities are commissioning, servicing and repairing machinery for clients here in the UK and worldwide.
