    Description
    ROKK 300 litre pasteurisation tank, fitted with a high-speed agitator (2800 rpm), utilising hot water as a heat source. The heating medium flows into the jacket that is integrated into the wall and bottom of the pasteuriser. The tank has an electronic controller with a large LED display; it can be supplied with twin lifting lids or manway.
