This is a Ex-Demo & Never Used ROKK Processing Universal Mixing Plant. This ROKK Processing Universal Mixing Plant includes a 300 Ltr Stainless Steel Jacketed Tank with High Speed Mixer, ROKK Processing S-HM5 250 Bar 2-Stage High Pressure Homogeniser, UK Exchangers UKE-2AS Plate Heat Exchanger & 1.1kw ROKK HCP3 Centrifugal Pump. This ROKK Homogeniser Mixing plant is a versatile and efficient system designed for a wide range of batch mixing applications in the general food and beverage industry. This advanced processing equipment is engineered to handle the precise blending requirements of products such as sauces, drinks, confectionery, and more. ROKK Homogeniser utilises high-pressure technology to break down and evenly disperse ingredients, resulting in a smooth and consistent mixture with optimal texture. The Stainless Steel Jacketed Tank is designed for temperature control and thorough mixing of products at a desired temperature. Also installed on this Mixing Skid, is a Plate Heat Exchanger, which can be used for cooling, which is achieved via re-circulation. There is a Centrifugal Pump, which is seamlessly integrated into the system, ensuring consistent circulation of the product through the tank and plate heat exchanger. This Mixing skid mounted plant features a robust construction with high-grade stainless steel components to ensure durability, easy cleaning, and compliance with strict hygiene standards. This universal mixing plant's modular design allows for further customisation based on specific process needs, such as varying batch sizes, ingredient incorporation via a dry or liquid ingredient Hopper, Inline High Shear Mixer and temperature control. Please note that heating & cooling of of product is by hot water & chilled water, which has to be supplied from an external source and is not part of the plant under offer.
