This is an used Stainless Steel Insulated Tank with Scraped Surface Full Sweep Gate Type Mixer. This Tank was previously used at a major international dairy for mixing processed cheese with additives like herbs etc. This tank can be used for sauces, ketchup, sauces with various additives.
