This Simon Freres Constistock Bulk Butter Packer with Hopper & Screw can bulk pack Butter or Margarine in boxes of 5kg to 30kg. Simon Freres Constistock Bulk Butter Packer comes integrated with a Hopper for the product with Twin Screw Auger. Simon Freres Constistiock is Semi automatic carton box filler for bulk packaging of butter without kneading effect or damages to the textures. Extruder with stainless steel through and 2x stainless steel augers with switch to stop filling. Volume adjustable 5 - 30 kg. Current forming plates 130 x 130 mm and 70 x 70 mm. Filling plate can be adapted. Capacity apporx 1.000 to 1.500 kg/h (depending on volume, size and product). Motor: ± 3 kW. Small rolling conveyor for the carton boxes.
