This Used Ampack Ammann KF 2/4 Ultra Clean Linear Pot Filler is a high-performance, German-engineered filling machine designed for precise, hygienic, and reliable pot filling applications in the dairy and food industry. Originally manufactured in 2000, this KF 2/4 model underwent a complete refurbishment by Ampack in 2019, including a fully renewed PLC system, making it an upgraded and modernised solution for food production lines looking for efficiency, hygiene, and long-term reliability. The Ampack Ammann KF 2/4 Ultra Clean is widely regarded for its robust construction, accurate filling performance, and advanced Ultra Clean hygiene design, ensuring compliance with stringent dairy and food safety requirements. Its engineering makes it ideal for producers of yogurt, dairy desserts, creams, sauces, fruit mixtures, and other semi-liquid or viscous food products.

The machine includes a Twin Head Filling Station, enabling high-accuracy, high-speed filling of yogurt, dairy creams, and similar viscous products. This configuration is optimal for production environments requiring fast throughput and consistency. A dedicated fruit dosing station allows accurate and controlled depositing of fruit preparations, purees, or inclusions. This makes the line ideal for producing layered yogurts, fruit-on-the-bottom desserts, and mixed dairy pots. This unit also includes an additional pot turning station, enabling the product to be rotated before entering the final depositor station.

The machine was previously configured for 500g yogurt pots, demonstrating its capability for medium- to large-format packaging. It can typically be reconfigured for other pot dimensions depending on tooling availability.
