Description
The BIB 603 Inox manufactured by Cattabriga is a high efficiency soft serve ice-cream & yogurt machine. It is provided with the most advanced technology to guarantee an instant and accurate consistency control. The peristaltic pump is located in the refrigerated cabinet; the high increase in volume grants high productivity and a high quality structure of the product.
The bag in box system consists of a bag filled with liquid mix that is directly connected to the pump. This system gives top priority to the highest hygiene standards and enables easy installation. The remote assistance system (“Dialog”) provides real-time support so to prevent any kind of inconvenience that may emerge.
