Description
The ROKK RP500 ice cream ripple pump is a durable and highly flexible machine which allows for flavour enhancing sauces and ripples to be uniformly and consistently added to a continuous flow of ice cream.
With a maximum ingredient dispensing capacity of 500kgs per hour from its 30 litre hopper, the RP 500 utilises a rotary pumping system to ensure that it can easily handle a wide variety of sauces and ripples, including those with a higher viscosity.
The RP500 ice cream ripple pump is fully adjustable with a variable speed motor to control the sauce feed with a digital indicator to easily and accurately manage the process from beginning to end.
Each ice cream ripple pump is constructed on a 100% stainless steel over-sized chassis to reduce vibrations and noise pollution and guarantee long-lasting reliability. The inner working parts are a unique blend of stainless and special alloys to allow different sectors to efficiently and effortlessly work together in lasting unison.
Numerous ripple effects can be created when the ROKK RP500 is used with one or more of the many ripple fittings that ROKK can supply.
