This pre-owned Technogel Explorer 1500 continuous ice cream freezer, manufactured in Italy in 2018, is offered in excellent condition. The machine was only sparingly used by its previous owner and has been well maintained.
Designed for medium to large sized ice cream manufacturers, the Technogel Explorer 1500 combines high production capacity with reliable, flexible operation. Its dual-cylinder freezing system enables production of up to 1,500 litres of finished ice cream per hour at 100% overrun.
The two freezing cylinders operate completely independently, with each cylinder equipped with its own refrigeration system, control selector and dedicated control device. This allows the machine to operate using one or both freezing cylinders, providing greater flexibility depending on production requirements.
