Description

Used APV Gaulin MS45-10TBSX high-pressure, two-stage industrial homogeniser with an approximate processing capacity of 5,000 litres per hour. This heavy-duty APV Gaulin homogenizer is designed for continuous processing applications requiring efficient particle-size reduction, product stabilisation, emulsification and improved product consistency. The homogeniser offers a maximum working pressure of up to 10,000 psi (approximately 689 bar) and features a two-stage homogenising valve arrangement. Two-stage homogenisation can help produce a uniform, stable product while reducing particle agglomeration and improving texture, viscosity, appearance and shelf-life. The machine is powered by a 110 kW electric motor and is supplied with a frequency inverter for variable-speed control. This allows the operator to adjust the homogeniser speed and processing capacity to suit different products and production requirements.
