Description

This is a used Ital Freezer 4-Lane Linear Glass Jar Filler. This Ital Freezer 4-Lane Filler is an automatic linear filling machine for filling jars (non-stackable), in 4 parallel lanes with 180 mm pitch, with slatted guides and pockets for jars up to 500 ml, starting from the jar infeed and ending at the jar discharge onto a 500 mm-long conveyor belt. Capacity up to approx 2000 pcs/h per lane and 4x lanes for a total of approx 8000 pcs/h.

• Very versatile machine: Even during production, each lane can be enabled or disabled, as they are independent.

• Transfer slide (Brushless Motor) into the line (pockets).
• Vibrating hopper for Lid Feeder. Lids inserted manually into a hopper in random orientation, are reorganized by vibration so that the system can select the correct side (concave/convex) and place them correctly onto the jar before screwing.
