This is an used APV VT 460 Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger. These APV VT+460 Scraped Surface Heat Exchangers are widely used in the food & dairy processing industries and their main purpose includes heating, pasteurising, sterilising, cooling products and they can handle low, medium to high viscous products with particles upto 30mm. They have very high temperature handling capabilities and can also be used for crystalisation, whipping and heat sensitive products.
