The Polar U-series 2-in-1 blast chiller and blast freezer is specially designed to cool food quickly and effectively, with a capacity of 5x GN 1/1 (trays not included). The powerful cooling ensures that you meet the highest hygiene standards and preserves the taste, texture and nutrients of your dishes.
The integrated probe accurately monitors the cooling process until the perfect result is achieved. You can easily set up the device using the innovative LCD touchscreen. You can save your own settings or choose from one of the pre-programmed programs depending on what you want to cool/freeze.
The device is completely made of stainless steel on both the outside and the inside, making it very sturdy and easy to clean. Thanks to the braked wheels, the device is stable, but it is also easy to move during cleaning.
