Supply of vessels for oat milk project

Framptons heritage can be traced back to 1898 and they have spent more than a century in the food industry. From humble origins as an egg wholesaler, Framptons extended into egg and liquid egg processing to serve the catering industry. Building on this success led to Framptons becoming specialists in the contract packing of a huge range of liquid food and beverages.

Capabilities have extended to being able to pack everything from eggs, dairy alternatives, functional and specialist beverages and working across a large of temperature regimes and packaging formats the BRC-accredited factory can manufacture products to a variety of technical standards

Expanding on the dairy alternative capability, Machinery World took the supply of processing vessels from project brief to full specification including project management, manufacturing and delivery of a series of storage and mixing vessels for oatmilk processing. Manufactured from a combination of 304 and 316 stainless steel with agitators and high shear mixers, the vessels ranged from a 220L enzyme mixer to an 18,000L storage tank all manufactured with inlet/outlet/sensor ports and dimensions to exact customer specification.
