Decommissioning, purchase and removal of FRijj milkshake line.

Machinery World worked with the Muller Milk & Ingredients Project Team over the course of many weeks to plan and execute the safe removal of the FRijj milkshake line whilst minimising impact on current production. The full line consisted of 20+ machinery items including filler, x-rays, cappers, elevators, dryers, sleevers, shrink wrappers, UHT vessels and all conveyoring.

Ensuring all site safety requirements were briefed and adhered to, the team extracted machinery using heavy lifts through the roof and safe passage through current production and loading areas leaving the factory in a ready to use clean condition.

In order to offer reassurance in a competitive marketplace, the machinery was exported to a customer in the Middle East utilising our network of global contacts.
