The jacketed construction enables efficient temperature control for heating or cooling applications, and the gentle mixing action ensures minimal shear, perfect for sensitive formulations. This tank can be used on products such as Dairy Cream (Single or Double Cream), Yogurt, Chocolate etc. This 2,000 Ltr stainless steel jacketed tank comes with a fully integrated control panel which includes Frequency Inverter for sped control of Mixer and digital temperature readout.
