Description

This is a used Tetra Pak WDMRPX 714 HGV Whey Cream Centrifuge Separator. This Tetra Pak WDMRPX 714 HGV Whey Cream Centrifuge Separator which can be used on Whey at a capacity of approx 22,000 LPH (Pre-Clarified) & approx 20,000 Litres per Hour (Pre-Filtered). This Tetra Pak WDMRPX 714 HGV Whey Cream Centrifuge Separator is completely skid mounted comes with fully integrated Control Panel with Allen Bradley PLC & Touch Screen HMI, ABB Frequency Controlled Inverter, Baseplate and Tools.

Whey contains minimal fat content, ranging from 0.15% to 0.40%, which must be eliminated prior to additional processing. The properties of whey differ from those of milk, making the conditions for whey separation more advantageous. When whey undergoes pre-clarification, the efficiency of skimming is likely to surpass that of milk separation. Additionally, hermetic whey separators are capable of generating high-fat cream with a fat content exceeding 30% at temperatures below 35°C.

There are two varieties of Tetra Centri Whey Separators: the W type and the WD type. The WD model includes a clarification section within the bowl, allowing it to process pre-filtered whey (without the need for a separate whey clarifier) that contains a higher level of fines. This design permits extended operating times, though with a slight reduction in efficiency.
