The ROKK CCM400 Universal Vacuum Mixer (Cooker–Cooler–Mixer) is a high-performance multifunctional industrial food processing system designed for mixing, cooking, cooling, emulsifying, grinding, homogenizing, and vacuum processing in a single machine. This 2022 model has been sparingly used and remains in excellent condition, making it an ideal solution for manufacturers seeking a cost-effective, near-new industrial mixer for high-efficiency production lines. Engineered for versatility and consistent product quality, the ROKK CCM400 vacuum mixer is widely used in the processed food industry for producing processed cheese, sauces, dressings, mayonnaise, ketchup, baby food, chocolate & confectionery fillings, nut pastes, and emulsified products. Additional components such as a vacuum pump, discharge Lobe Pump, Centrifugal Pump, electromagnetic flowmeter, steam filtration and pressure regulation station, and automatic lid opening and locking system contribute to a highly efficient and reliable production process.
