This complete soft cheese processing facility and was previously in operation for the production of Pasta Filata Cheese, Ricotta Cheese, Mascarpone, and Cream Cheese. The installation combines a full range of production lines and support systems, making it highly versatile and suitable for a variety of dairy processing applications. All equipment are from reputable European and U.S. manufacturers and well maintained.
The Pasta Filata Cheese Production Line features a milk receiving system, a 10,000 litres per hour LPH Skid Mounted Cheese Milk Pasteuriser Plant and 2 off 3,000-liter soft cheese vats manufactured by Milk Project (Italy). Downstream equipment includes a 600 kg/h Almac Mozzarella Cooker Stretcher for Pasta Filata Cheese processing, Almac Mozzarella Cheese Moulding equipment for 1kg, 2kg, and 5kg formats, a Cooling Brine Bath, and 5 off Curd Draining Tables.
The Ricotta Cheese Production Line is equipped with a Whey Vibrating Screen for solids separation, 1 off 3,000 Ltr Ricotta Cheese Blending Tank by Albinox (Italy), a Tubular Heat Exchanger, Ricotta Vat with steam hood.
The Mascarpone Production Line includes a Koch Membrane System (USA) Ultrafiltration (UF) plant and a 3,000-liter Albinox Mascapone Cheese Ripening Tank, designed to produce consistent, high-quality Mascarpone Cheese with precise control over concentration and texture.
For Cream Cheese, the installation features a 3,000-liter Albinox Spreadable Cream Cheese Ripening Tank, providing reliable and flexible production of various cream cheese formulations.
The factory includes a central Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) system consisting of 4-Tank 6,000 Ltr Stainless Steel tanks manufactured by Feinox (Italy). This system serves all production lines, ensuring efficient and hygienic cleaning across the entire facility.
