This plant never progressed beyond the commissioning phase and has accumulated just 59 running hours since its installation in 2007.

A complete Technogel ice cream production facility designed for small to medium-scale industrial manufacturers. This turnkey processing line was manufactured and installed in 2007 and provides everything required to pasteurise, mature, freeze and fill high-quality ice cream or gelato, with substantial production capacity and room for future growth.
