500 LPH Elecrem No.5 Milk Cream Separator (Year 2020)

This is a Used No.5 Model Cream Separator manufactured in 2020 by Elecrem, France. This machine is capable of processing 500L of milk per hour and is a equipped with a 50L capacity reservoir tank as standard. 230v single-phase power supply (110v available upon request), all machines are CE approved. The motor uses Elecrem's unique floating suspension system which allows the motor to be perfectly centered. The height of the separator bowl is fully adjustable. The Elecrem No.5 model is fitted with polished aluminium milk and cream spouts as standard and is supplied with a maintenance kit and full instructions as to the use, cleaning, re-assembly and upkeep of the machine. The thickness of the cream is easily controlled by adjusting the cream screw fitted above the top disc (see instruction booklet).
