This is a very sparingly used GEA Niro MVR Evaporator with TVR Finisher & Niro Spray Dryer Plant. This GEA Niro MVR Evaporator with TVR Finisher & Niro Spray Dryer Plant was previously used on products such as Skim Milk Powder, Instant Skim Milk Powder, Whole Milk Powder, Instant Whole Milk Powder and can also be used on products such as Buttermilk Powder, Whey Powders etc.

This integrated evaporation and drying system from GEA Niro is engineered for high-efficiency, continuous concentration and drying of liquid products, particularly in the dairy, food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. The plant features a Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) evaporator, a Thermal Vapor Recompression (TVR) finisher, and a multi-stage spray dryer, providing maximum energy recovery, product consistency, and production flexibility.
