Description
The fully automatic ROKK RFE 800E Continuous Freezer is a versatile machine, equipped with a SIEMENS S7 PLC and is designed for continuous freezing, mixing, and whipping of ice cream mix and air into ice cream.
Finished product capacity range of 250-800 litres (66-211 gallons) standard ice cream an hour at 100% overrun.
The machine easily adapts to ice cream recipes, water ice products and other scraped surface heat exchanger applications with up to 150% overrun (recipe dependant).
Operation is made simple with the 9” SIEMENS S7 touchscreen HMI, which not only provides recipe storage, alarms, and production tracking but also allows operators to directly adjust and monitor key parameters including ice cream temperature, flow rate, viscosity, overrun, cylinder pressure, and refrigeration capacity.
