The RHP 120 Mono Ripple Pump from ROKK Processing is a high-performance solution designed for the accurate injection of ripples—syrups, sauces, liquid chocolate, and similar products—into ice cream as it extrudes from a continuous freezer. Engineered for reliability and precision, this pump ensures consistent ripple dosing while maintaining product integrity.
Built around a progressive cavity (mono) pump, the RHP 120 is ideal for pumping viscous, delicate, or abrasive products, including those containing suspended solid particles. The system is self-priming and features a 30-litre double-jacketed hopper with an integrated heating element and thermostat control, ensuring optimal product flow and temperature stability, making it also suitable for chocolate sauces.
The pump delivers precise and adjustable dosing via an inverter-fed variable speed control, allowing operators to regulate syrup flow from 30 to 120 litres per hour directly from the control panel. All components are mounted on a heavy-duty stainless steel trolley, providing easy mobility and flexibility within the factory. Constructed entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, the RHP 120 meets the highest standards of hygiene and durability for food processing environments.
