Description
The Soren built CS freezer is perhaps the most superior freezer in the world for freezing ice cream. With its long barrel and special design cooling system, the machine churns out the smoothest ice cream. Every aspect of the freezer can be controlled including, overrun, mix inlet and outlet, temperature and dasher speed.This is a Used CS 400 version machine, which was manufactured in2002 and has a working capacity of between 80 - 400 litres per hour.
