Description
The Soren built CS freezer is perhaps the most superior freezer in the world for freezing ice cream. With its long barrel and special design cooling system, the machine churns out the smoothest ice cream. Every aspect of the freezer can be controlled including, overrun, mix inlet and outlet, temperature and dasher speed. Upon request this machine can be fully reconditioned by Machinery World and tested before dispatch.
