The compact Taylor 104 unit is ideal for customers who want to serve homemade, low or medium overrun ice cream, gelato, sorbet or Italian ice. Fruits, candies and nuts can be folded in as product is being drawn into your container. Depending on the mix formulation, the project may be ejected at a temperature ready for serving. A convenient funnel is included with the unit.
