Description
Used cheese vats from Tecnocarmec, Italy. The vats were manufactured in 2005 and have a working capacity of 2000 litres each. They were previously working on soft cheeses - Mozzarella, Toma Piemontese, Pecorini and Caciotta.  Please see video below of the cheese vats in production.
