This used Tetra Pak Aseptic Homogeniser 300 is currently available for immediate sale. The unit offers a throughput capacity of approximately 3,000–7,000 litres per hour, with a maximum working pressure of 250 bar (3,625 PSI). It was manufactured in 2018 by Tetra Pak in Sweden and is also supplied with a control panel.
The Tetra Pak Homogeniser 300 is a horizontally mounted, 3-piston positive displacement pump equipped with a built-in HD 100 homogenising device. The seat and forcer disc are reversible, providing double service life, while all wear-resistant components are manufactured from cobalt carbide for enhanced durability.
The unit features a one-piece forged stainless steel high-pressure pump block, suitable for both aseptic and non-aseptic processing. It is designed with a quick-change piston seal cartridge system and fully replaceable suction and discharge valve seats, ensuring ease of maintenance and reduced downtime.
