MCM M100 Single Lane Stainless Steel Flow Wrapper (2018)

Description

This is a Used M100 wrapping machine which is distinguished by its compactness, reliability, performance and simplicity in its use and maintenance. The machine is designed to be manually fed by the operator. The sealing rollers are standard fitted with Brushless servo motor, picture in place is automatic and integrated into the servo drive. The single lane flow wrapper is manufactured in stainless steel, coated steel and anodised aluminium, it is able to work with films in biorientate polypropylene, coextruded and/ or lacquered, several coupled materials, hot sealing or cold having thickness 20 up to 40 μm, neutral, continuous printing or with picture in place. The machine is standard fitted with: - Single reel holder - Simple cutter jaws - Fixed folding box - Picture in place device - Two pairs of sealing rollers motioned by Brushless servo motor - Tiltable first pair of sealing rollers - Mechanical cutting jaws speed variator - AC motor controlled by inverter. - Digital thermostats
