• The Mix Processing Plant is capable of producing 600 Litres of Pasteurised, Homogenised & Chilled Liquid Mix Per Hour with a total storage capacity of 4,800 Litres in the Ageing/Maturation Vats, enabling the Ice Cream Producer to run the Mix Processing Plant continuously for 8 hours per day if required.
• The 4x Continuous Freezers have a combined outlet capacity of 2000 Litres Per Hour of Finished Gelato if running simultaenously at Maximum Speed with 100% Overrun, making this the perfect plant for any small to medium sized industrial ice cream producer and allowing plenty of scope for future growth.
