This is a Complete Used Tecnofreeze Ice Cream Processing Factory including 1x Tecnofreeze MP 300 Ice Cream Mix Pasteurisation Plant with Electric Boiler and Water Chiller, 4x Tecnofreeze 300L Ageing (Maturation) Storage Tanks, 2x Tecnofreeze 600L Ageing (Maturation) Storage Tanks, 1x Tecnofreeze CF 1200 Ice Cream Continuous Freezer, 1x Tecnofreeze Rippy Pump and 1x Tecnofreeze CIP. • The Mix Processing Plant is capable of producing 300 Litres of Pasteurised, Homogenised & Chilled Liquid Mix Per Hour with a total storage capacity of 2,400 Litres in the Ageing/Maturation Vats, enabling the Ice Cream Producer to run the Mix Processing Plant continuously for 8 hours per day if required.
• The Continuous Freezer has an outlet capacity ranging from 400-1200 Litres Per Hour of Finished Gelato with 100% Overrun, making this the perfect plant for any small to medium sized industrial ice cream producer and allowing plenty of scope for future growth.
