Available for immediate sale is this Sordi Fully Automatic CIP (Cleaning in Place) System, manufactured in 2023 and offered in never installed and never used condition. Designed and manufactured by Sordi, this fully automatic CIP plant provides an efficient, reliable and hygienic solution for cleaning dairy, food and beverage processing equipment. The system is designed for automatic cleaning of complete process circuits, including pipelines, tanks, pasteurisers, heat exchangers, homogenisers, filling lines and other associated processing equipment, whilst helping to optimise water, chemical and energy consumption.
The CIP system is configured with two 3,000-litre stainless steel tanks, comprising a Hot Water Tank and a Caustic (Lye) Dilution Tank, together with a single cleaning channel for the automated cleaning of production circuits. The system incorporates hygienic stainless steel centrifugal circulation pumps, in-line sanitary filters, a tubular heat exchanger, automatic modulating valves, automatic process valves, chemical dosing equipment and a comprehensive range of process instrumentation.
Operation is managed through a stainless steel PLC control panel with touchscreen HMI, providing fully automatic and repeatable CIP cleaning programmes for consistent cleaning performance and effective process control. Engineered for industrial operation, this Sordi CIP plant provides a complete cleaning solution for dairy, food and beverage processing facilities where high standards of hygiene, repeatability and process reliability are required.
