    This used 10,000 LPH cheese milk pasteuriser plant is a high-quality, skid-mounted industrial solution designed for efficient and hygienic milk processing in dairy and cheese production facilities. Manufactured in 2008 by SOGEA srl, Italy, this plate heat exchanger (PHE) milk pasteuriser is engineered to deliver reliable thermal treatment up to 72°C, ensuring effective microbial inactivation while preserving milk quality, as detailed in the technical specifications of the machine. With a processing capacity of 10,000 litres per hour, stainless steel construction, integrated balance tank, circulation pumps, holding tubes and a compact skid-mounted design, the plant allows easy installation and space-saving operation.
