This is a used Continuous Butter Churn manufactured by Simon Freres in France with a variable output capacity of upto 2,500 kgs per hour. This Simon Freres Contimab  MC9 Continuous Butter Churn was producing between minimum 1,200kg per hour and maximum 2,500kg per hour of Butter with Cream Feed-In capacity of minimum 2,400 LPH and maximum 5,000 LPH (40% Cream). Please note that the actual Butter output greatly varies depending on the fat % of the cream and crystalisation time of cream. Fully rebuilt by Simon Freres in the year 2000, this continuous butter churn has never been used since refurbishment.
