Description
This 3,760L stainless steel mixing tank is engineered for high-performance industrial processing in food, dairy, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and chemical applications. Manufactured with AISI 316 stainless steel product-contact surfaces and AISI 304 external construction, the tank features an advanced anchor type mixer with scraper, a 30kW top-entry high shear mixer, and a serpentine jacket system for efficient heating (or) cooling. Designed for hygienic and reliable operation, with PT100 temperature probe, Rockwool insulation, safety interlock lid system, and a fully integrated control panel with frequency inverter. - Cladding: Insulation protection sheet metal will be AISI 304 grade SS.
- Serpentine jacket inlet-outlet will be EN 1092-1 Type 11B PN10/16 1 1/4″ (Ø42,4 mm) Flange connection.
