An APV 2,000 kg butter trolley which utilises two horizontal screws to remove and convey butter off-loaded from conventional churns or continuous butter makers, other food handling applications of the butter trolley include baking fats, cocoa butter, mayonnaise or creams. The screw augers provide for minimal product contact and sanitary handling of the product to the packaging machine.
