This is a very sparingly used APV Anhydro MVR Evaporator with TVR Finisher & APV Anhydro Spray Dryer Plant. This APV Anhydro MVR Evaporator with TVR Finisher & APV Anhydro Spray Dryer Plant was previously used on products such as Skim Milk Powder and Buttermilk Powder and quite suited for various other products such as Whole Milk Powders, Whey Powders etc.
This multiple-effect evaporator system is commonly used in dairy processing to concentrate liquids such as milk or whey. It uses less steam and is an energy-efficient method of concentration. MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression): Reuses vapor energy by means of a mechanical compressor. significantly lowers energy usage when compared to conventional evaporators. Finisher for Thermo Vapor Recompression (TVR): recompresses a portion of the vapor using steam ejectors for ultimate concentration. usually employed as a final polishing step to achieve the required solid content.
