The Carpigiani Fantastick uses blast freezer technology to freeze down 48 pieces of artisan stick within 30 minutes. Complete with two sets of mould trays and silicon mounds, 2 x 24 pieces per tray. With top opening for loading the moulds and front opening for normal use with gelato, gelato cake, semi-freddo and gelato pastry.
