Description

This used GEA Aseptomag Fillasept® IBC Filling System delivers aseptic filling of bag-in-box IBCs via a steam-sterilisable, drainable, dead-leg-free head on a wheeled trolley with flexible piping, creating a rinseable/sterilisable interface with hot-water rinsing from an integrated tubular heat exchanger. The used machine’s touchscreen sets and stores sterilisation, fill/rinse times, SIP/CIP and product data, with preset modes (production, SIP/CIP, rinse) and configurable submenus tailored to your process. A lift-truck scale streams weight to the PLC for accurate fills. This used unit is compatible with most bag-in-box systems; for enhanced hygiene, specify bags with a steam-sterilisable shut-off valve positioned at the lower side.
