• The Mix Processing Plant is designed to produce up to 300 litres of pasteurised, homogenised, and chilled liquid mix per hour, with a total storage capacity of 600 litres in its ageing/maturation vats. This configuration allows an ice cream producer to operate the plant continuously for up to two hours per day as required. Additional ageing vats can be integrated with ease and at relatively low cost, providing flexibility for future expansion and increased daily production capacity.
• The Continuous Freezer delivers an output of 300 litres per hour of finished gelato at 100% overrun, making this system an ideal solution for small to medium-sized industrial ice cream producers seeking reliable, scalable production.
