    This is a Used Technogel Explorer 1500 is suited for medium sizes companies. The continuous freezer with its double freezing stage produces up to 1500 litres of ice cream per hour (100% overrun). The two cylinders are completely independent, each with their own refrigerating plant, control selector and separate control device.
