This is a pre-owned Explorer 600 Ice Cream Continuous Freezer manufactured in 2014 by Technogel, Italy. The machine is able to produce between 260-600 litres of finished gelato/ice cream per hour (with 100% overrun).
The Technogel continuous freezers are designed for ice cream and gelato production with adjustable overrun between 20 and 120% permitting the production of industrial and artisan ice cream.
