Featuring Carpigiani’s Hard-O-Tronic® consistency control and automatic production programmes, the Ready 8/12 offers precise and consistent results with straightforward operation.

The Ready 8/12 handles batches from approximately 1.5–2.5 kg and provides an hourly production capacity of 8–12 kg, making it particularly well suited to artisan gelaterias, cafés, restaurants and smaller commercial producers and also for R&D purposes.

The machine also features post-cooling, a removable-blade POM beater and easy-clean components, while its compact countertop design makes it ideal where production space is limited.
