This is a Used 600 Litre Hoyer Promix batch mix plant from Tetra Pak manufactured in 2010. The skid-mounted unit blends the basic ingredients, pasteurises, homogenises and cools ready for freezing of the ice cream mix. Including Eurochiller Electric Boiler and FIC CWT Water Chiller.
